The purpose of the lesson - deepening of students' knowledge of basic criminal law institutions, формирование навыков анализа правоприменительной практики и развитие критического мышления в сфере уголовного судопроизводства.

Структура урока:

1. Вступительное слово модератора- A brief overview of the significance of criminal law, his role in ensuring law and order and justice.
2. Students' performances with reports- coverage of key issues of the general and special parts of criminal law, Analysis of real criminal cases, Demonstration of law in judicial practice.
3. Discussion- Discussion of problematic issues, the active participation of students in the analysis of criminal law norms and their application.

During the event, students demonstrated a high level of training, Argumentally set out their position, gave examples from legislation and judicial practice. Open lesson contributed to the development of professional competencies of future lawyers, improving their legal literacy and the ability to apply the acquired knowledge in practice.
