Head of the Department of Linguistics Isito Abydynov Shayyr Koshbaevna took part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference “The History of Development and Modern significance of Intercultural Dialogue”, which passed 10-11 October 2024 year at the Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages.
The conference was attended by 30 scientific centers, research institutes, universities, representing Uzbekistan, Russia, Turkey, Egypt, Great Britain, USA, India, Germany, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan. As part of the conference, more 30 reports, Of these, plenary 15, sectional 10, Several round tables and master classes were held. Despite a relatively small number of reports, The conference was very active and effective. A lot of work was presented, as a practical plan, and purely theoretical.
Conference participants examined the current problems of linguistic research, по английскому языку, изучили сферу применения и потенциал английского языка в международном языковом пространстве, этнокультурные исследования и их проявления в языке: лингвистические и и лингводидактические аспекты. Обсудили вопросы взаимодействия языка и культуры, обратились к новым тенденциям в исследовании теоретических и практических вопросов переводоведения и межкультурного общения.
По итогам конференции участниками принято решение продолжить взаимодействие представителей высших учебных заведений различных стран в изучении актуальных вопросов и перспектив развития лингвистики, переводведения и лингвокультурологии.
