In 1981. graduated from the Kyrgyz State University named after 50 years of the USSR (now Kyrgyzsky National University of Zhusupa Balasagina — KNU).

Published 2 monographs, 6 teaching aids, 2 dictionary, published more 150 scientific articles. Prepared 7 candidates of science.
