«Соблюдение прав человека в современном Кыргызстане».

На основании Приказа Министерства Образования и Науки КР от 18 December 2018 G. за № 02-1/8534, кафедрой «Правовых дисциплин» Института Современных Информационных Технологий в Образовании, 5 Marta 2019 years, был проведен Круглый стол на тему «Соблюдение прав человека в современном кыргызском обществе» с приглашением экспертов и преподавателей из других ВУЗов Кыргызской Республики.

По итогам обсуждения, участники «Круглого стола» внесли следующие предложения:

— Поддерживать и активно участвовать во всех мероприятиях по вопросам соблюдения прав человека в рамках ВДПЧ;

— Выйти с предложением к руководству ИСИТО об открытии правового цикла для студентов на тему: «Права человека-основной документ жизнедеятельности человека»;

1. Усиление дисциплины информационные технологии в профессиональном деятельности;
2. Улучшить связь с организациями практик;
3. В перспективе проводить практические занятия в хоз. субъектах;
4. Проводить мастер-классы со студентами, с участием специалистов;
5. Включить в вариативную часть учебного плана дисциплины “Адвокатская деятельность, римское право”.
6. Внедрение информационного портала «Токтом».

Goals:

1. Preparation in the field of the basics of humanitarian, social, economic, mathematical and natural science knowledge, Getting secondary vocational education, allows the graduate to successfully work in the chosen field of activity, have universal and subject-specialized competencies, contributing to its social mobility and sustainability in the labor market.
2. Formation of socio-personal qualities of students: determination, organization, hard work, responsibility, citizenship, communicativeness, tolerance, increasing the general culture, The development of critical thinking, ability to self -realization and self -education.
3. The formation of students' skills in the correct application of regulatory acts in ensuring the legality and legal order, preparation of legal and other documents.
4. Preparation of a graduate, which should be ready for law enforcement and law enforcement as a lawyer in positions, not providing for the presence of a mandatory higher legal education: legal advisor, passport table specialist, junior investigator, interrogator, specialist of the personnel department, Assistant notary, lawyer and other bodies of state power and local self -government, as well as in various organizations (enterprises) Regardless of their organizational and legal forms.
